2008-07-24 [IonicRose]: Well the main problem with light was that he was too RECKLESS. I mean the fact that most of his killings were as heart attacks to show the public that there was a 'God' who cared about eliminating the evil of the world, it might of gave him supporters but it also helped L figure out that Light was the 1st Kira within a few episodes of L first appearance within the show. The only problem was that L needed enough evidence to convict the leader of the Kira investigations son.
And Light was also Arrogant and believed that he was so superior to everyone that he could actually become a god. But Underestimatin

2008-07-24 [Hiuko]: As I see it the heart attacks were a good idea. This way if you had to kill someone locally without people thinking it was you then you could make it a car accident or something and no one would be the wiser. However he didn't pick his timing very well and I think his biggest mistake was joining the task force. As a member it is true that he would be able to control the evidence a bit but the bad part is that the task force knew him. If he stayed calm and acted like a no body in the world of no bodies there would be no reason to pin point him over a simple garbage man persay. When you want to be secretive the best thing to do is be ordinary. just like hiding in plain sight.

2008-07-27 [Hiuko]: Nope. The notebook in the ground wa Ryuks (I really don't know how to spell his name) Lite gave up that Death Note and so Ryuk took it away. Either that or it was The other shinigami (her name slipped my mind) and she gave it to the guy from the orginization that they tracked after Lite, Misa, and Mr. Yagami were set free.
2008-07-27 [Mortified Penguin]: Light buried a notebook... he later told Misa to dig it up, bury a few pages of it, and burn the note. The are no notebooks left, but there are a few pages still left where Misa buried them...
